What shipping options do I have?

We offer several delivery options. In some cases, storage and distribution may be entrusted to a third party who will handle delivery for you.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders via the Zásilkovna service.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we do not deliver outside the territory of the Czech Republic.

What if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will promptly inform you and provide a new estimated delivery date.

For customers from the European Union and the United Kingdom, this situation does not affect their statutory consumer rights. Details can be found in our terms and conditions.
