When placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. The CashflowTM store reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until the CashflowTM store confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting the order. Please review your order carefully before submission as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy, available here.
You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is submitted and confirmed in the order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.
Prices on our online stores may differ from prices in physical stores or other online or third-party operated stores. From time to time, we may offer promotions subject to separate terms differing from these Terms. In case of conflict, promotional terms prevail.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Our Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and their arrangement, are owned by CashflowTM, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by patents, copyrights, and intellectual property laws.

The CashflowTM name, logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks of CashflowTM or licensors and may not be used without permission. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify. Other third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

We may provide access to third-party customer tools beyond our control or endorsement. Access is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability arising from your use of such third-party tools. Use them at your own risk after reviewing third-party terms.

CashflowTM operates on the Shopify platform. All sales occur directly through CashflowTM. Using the Services acknowledges that Shopify bears no responsibility for sales, transactions, or any losses related to products purchased.
